Here are some of the most frequently asked questions: Q. Where can I purchase the Comfaset™? A. You can click on the Buy it now link on our homepage or go to one of the links on our links page and purchase from one of the online retailers or find a local store in your area. If there are any retailers, distributors, or wholesalers who would like wholesale purchasing information regarding the Comfaset™ we would also ask that they e-mail us. We will reply back within 24 hours to let you know about wholesale cost of the Comfaset™ and shipping information. Q. Why would I need a Comfaset™? I could just use a blanket couldn't I? A. The answer is that you don't need the Comfaset™ and yes you could use a blanket. But, the difference between the blanket and the Comfaset™ are a few, and they are important as well. First, the Comfaset™ is easy to use. It rolls up when not in use for easy storage and can be stored behind most car seats and booster seats keeping it close at hand and out of the way of the drivers view. With a blanket you have to find a place to put it when you put your child into the car seat and we noticed with our car's that it ended up on the floor most of the time. You also have to worry about the kids putting it on top of younger siblings or stepping on it with dirty shoes. Secondly, the Comfaset™ utilizes specially designed materials that help to protect the car seat better than a blanket can. Thirdly, the Comfaset™ comes with the exclusive Cool Pouch, which helps to keep a car seat or booster seat at temperatures closer to a cooler filled with ice. A blanket won't do this. Q. The Comfaset™ seems thick, wouldn't this just heat up the car seat more? A. The Comfaset™ is thick but this is an integral part of the design. When we initially started to test different materials to create the Comfaset™ we tried thin materials but these actually helped to increase the temperature on the car seat or booster seat. The silver reflective material that points outward on the Comfaset™ is designed to reflect the sunlight off of it and help to keep down the temperature under the Comfaset™. Additionally, design of the Comfaset™ is such that it creates a pocket of trapped air when it is first rolled down across the car seat or booster seat trapping the current air of the car within it thereby acting like an insulator or cooler. Then, with the exclusive Cool Pouch, this pocket of air stays even cooler and the thickness of the cover keeps the air within the bubble cool. |
