The Comfaset™ is the first easy to use cover for your child car seat or booster seat. The buckles of car seats and booster seats, when left uncovered and exposed to the sun and heat, can become hot enough to burn your children. This is where the Comfaset™ comes in handy. The Comfaset™ is designed to keep the buckles on car seats and booster seats from becoming that hot.
The Comfaset™ stays rolled up behind the booster seat as shown above while the car is in motion. When you stop and are ready to get your child out of the seat you simply unhook the hook and loop strap and roll the Comfaset™ over the top of the seat. You then can know that when you come out of the store or wherever it is that you are going that the buckles on that seat have been kept from getting hot thanks to the Comfaset™. It doesn't matter if it is 10 minutes or 5 hours, you can rest assured that the Comfaset™ has kept those buckles protected from the sunlight and heat that can turn those buckles from safety straps into painful branding irons. The cooling pack that comes with the Comfaset™ is designed to help keep the car seat even cooler than with just the Comfaset™ alone. As stated the Comfaset™ can keep a car seat up to 50 degrees cooler than the actual temperature in the car by itself. But, with the cooling pack it can and does literaly keep the car seat as cool as a cooler filled with ice. To utilize the cooling pack you place a frozen ice pack of any type into it and stick it under the Comfaset™ before you cover the car seat. The insulated design of the Comfaset™ traps the cool air released by the ice pack in the pocket of air created by the Comfaset™. At the same time the cooling pack traps the condensation of the ice pack keeping it from getting the car seat all wet. When the cooling pack is not in use it simply rolls up in the Comfaset™ for easy storage.
